Chuckthespittah is the brainchild of Baltimore rapper Charles Watkins. Chuck started rapping when he was 13 years old, drawing influence from Tyler the creator, Andre 3000 and lil Wayne. Black Meadows is to its core, an album about the inspiration one draws from love, both having and withholding. "This project is basically me addressing my love life, my hate for un-supportive people, my real parents, my love for all of Tyler's work, and my love music." Lack of support has pushed Chuck to create his best project possible, and he did not fail.
